The Forge is a mindset.

 

At The Forge, our mission is to help people.  We want to instill fitness into people’s lives and to foster a community that supports each other.  We desire to increase self-esteem by providing strength and conditioning programs that make people confident, strong, and competent to face the challenges and opportunities of everyday life.  We want to teach skills and techniques on how to move the human body safely and effectively.

 

When you enter The Forge prepare to be transformed, to find your “why,” to overcome self-limiting behaviors or thoughts, and begin to passionately and relentlessly pursue your personal goals.

 

The training can be intense and requires: Determination, Resolve, and Commitment.  There are no shortcuts.  Here, we train for life.

 

Individuals push harder and risk more alongside those whom they trust.

Everyone is here for you – you are here for everyone.  Condescending attitudes and egos are not welcome here.

If you want to change, you must be willing to get uncomfortable and joining requires the ability to adopt these philosophies, work hard, and commit to the process.
