If you want to train you are either “in” or you are “out.” Therefore, there are criteria that must be met to train at The Forge.
If you lack any of these qualities, training here is probably not for you…

A Professional Coach accompanies each of our clients for the entire duration of their semi-private session. Working very closely with our clients, our coaches stress technique and injury prevention while constantly offering encouragement and motivation.
At The Forge we understand that strength and fitness is not a quick fix that happens in a few workouts. Fads and gimmicks promise those lies. Instead, we focus on: Honesty, Integrity, Hard Work, and Commitment.
With proper work ethic, however, we guarantee results, and you can expect to see and feel the improvements both physically and mentally in as little as 2 weeks.
